Lyle serves as the Accountant and Financial Advisor of Parramatta Nepean Presbytery.  As the founder of Metis Consulting, he has helped SMEs thrive with strategic financial and commercial guidance. Lyle also works closely with healthcare and disability organizations, providing vital insights to enhance community care.

When he’s not advising businesses and nonprofits, Lyle is dedicated to initiatives that make a real impact in people’s lives. He is an annual sponsor of emergency services, actively supporting the fundraising efforts of the Australian Police Football Association, which raises vital funds for police forces across Australia, including the AFP, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, and WA.
